This 14 hours initiation course will introduce you to the fundamentals that will allow you to get started with your own MovNat training:
- The MovNat approach of natural movement.
- Efficiency principles and perception drills.
- Essential techniques and movement variations in walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing,
- lifting, carrying, throwing and catching, defending.
- Combo training and implementation of MovNat
